Two records, kept separately: who was authorized to open a recording, and what changed in this organization's configuration.
Every time Call Lens authorized someone to open a call recording, and every request it refused.
A row here means a link was authorized — not that anyone listened. Recordings are served directly from storage, so Call Lens never sees whether a link was used.
This tab records audio authorizations only. Changes to people, departments, scorecards, extraction fields, coaching guidance and organization settings are on the Changes tab.
Requests from anyone not signed in can't be recorded at all, so this is a complete record of signed-in activity rather than of every attempt.
